Order and Delivery
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS. The sale is confirmed upon product delivery.
Cancellation
You can cancel your order at no cost before the item is dispatched.
Payment
We accept payments via bank transfer, hand cash, Bkash, and Nagad. Delivery charges apply. A 40% advance payment is required.
Return and Refund
Our return policy lasts 7 days. Products must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.

অর্ডার ও ডেলিভারি
আপনি অর্ডার করলে ইমেইল বা এসএমএসের মাধ্যমে কনফার্মেশন পাবেন। পণ্য ডেলিভারির সময় বিক্রয় সম্পূর্ণ ধরা হবে।
অর্ডার বাতিল
পণ্য প্রেরণের আগেই অর্ডার বাতিল করলে কোন খরচ প্রযোজ্য নয়।
পেমেন্ট পলিসি
আমরা ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার, হাতে নগদ, বিকাশ ও নগদ গ্রহণ করি। ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য। মোট মূল্যের ৪০% অগ্রিম প্রদান আবশ্যক।
রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড
আমাদের রিটার্ন পলিসি ৭ দিন। পণ্য অব্যবহৃত ও মূল প্যাকেজিংয়ে থাকলে তবেই ফেরতযোগ্য।
